Ditch add's Syrus from Mtv and Charm from Tool Academy to Million Marijuana March

Ditch adds Reality TV stars to Million Marijuana March Los Angeles

Ditch has added Syrus Yarbrough from MTV's The Real World and
Charm from Vh1's Tool Academy and Bad Girls Club to the Million Marijuana
March Festival. The 2 Reality Stars have enjoyed continued success on
Television. The festival will feature a march on Los Angeles in support of
marijuana legalization, decriminalization and safe access
for medicinal users. For 2 days Leimert Park will be transformed into a concert
a street festival of peace, music and education. Now in its 13th year the
Million Marijuana March has been dubbed the "West Coast Hempfest" with an and
estimated 20,000 people or more expected to attend. The 2 day festival and march
on Los Angeles will also feature an enormous vendor village, arts and crafts
made of hemp, educational areas, celebrity guests, guest speakers, movie
premieres, food and more. The event is all ages and is free to attend. Ditch
will perform 2 different 1 of a kind headlining sets over the 2 days, other
performers confirmed as of press time: , 40 Glocc, Legend Indovizualz,
comedian Bruce Jingles, Abcde, Elway The Gr8t featuring Fcc, Big E, Cali Piff

Moorish Science Temple of America presents 2011 Million Marijuana March

The Million Marijuana march (Los Angeles) is presented by the Moorish Science Temple and Moori Bey. Taking place in over 300 cities worldwide May 7 and 8th 2011 marks the 13th consecutive year in Leimert Park. Organized By Dana Beal of New York City currently incarcerated and in need of your support and prayers. Organized by in Los Angeles by the late Sister Somayah Kambui. What began as a grass roots effort to legalize marijuana has now progressed into an international movement recognizing religious rights, patients rights and peoples rights everywhere. This is your oppurtunity to support our great cause and by participating in the years celebration you can also help make this years event an even more successful and historical event. This year we expect thousands of people to attend.

 Grammy nominated rapper YOYO added to perfomers at Million Marijuana March 2011




Grammy nominated rapper, actress and artist YOYO has been added to the list of performers for the 2011 Million Marijuana March. YOYO's music has advocated female empowerment, denouncing the frequent sexism found in hip-hop music. She is the protege of gangsta rapper Ice Cube. In 2008, her single "Can't Play With My Yo-Yo" was ranked number 92 on VH1's 100 Greatest Hip-Hop Songs. Later that year, she performed with MC Lyte, the Lady of Rage, and Salt-n-Pepa at the BET Hip Hop Awards.
