Ditch to open for Layzie Bone, Mo Thugs, Flesh N Bone in Long Beach
Ditch will open for Layzie Bone, and Flesh N Bone from Bone Thugs and Harmony, Mo Thugs, Sloan Bone and Joe Smith from the Los Angeles Lakers. The show will take place Thursday November 10th 2011 at the Rhythm Lounge in Long Beach, California’s premiere nightclub row. Ditch will perform new music from his upcoming “O2BNLA” cd. Layzie has also promoted the indie label Mo Thugs Records which he and the rest of Bone originated. He released his first solo album Thug By Nature on March 20, 2001 exactly the same day Bizzy Bone released his second solo album The Gift. He also has collaborative albums with Young Noble from the The Outlawz and A.K. of Do Or Die, solo albums out such as It's Not A Game, The New Revolution, Cleveland, Startin' from Scratch: How A Thug Was Born, and the upcoming solo album to be announced Ruthless. He has had a series of albums with Bizzy Bone; Still Creepin On Ah Come Up and under the name Bone Brothers entitled: Bone Brothers, Bone Brothers 2, Bone Brothers 3. In the fall of 2010, Layzie established a new label, Harmony Howse Entertainment. As of 2011, he and Fredro Starr of the Onyx are planning to release a collaborative EP entitled FireSquad, which is set to be released late 2011. Flesh N Bone was the first member of the group to release a solo album entitled T.H.U.G.S. (Trues Humbly United Gatherin' Souls) on November 19, 1996, on Mo Thugs Records and Def Jam Recordings. In 1999, he released an underground album called From Cleveland 2 Cali to display the artists signed to his label Flesh Bone Incorporated. In 2000 he released From Cleveland 2 Cali: Day 2. On October 10, 2000 he released his second solo album, 5th Dog Let Loose, on Koch Records. Flesh-N-Bone released his first solo single in 10 years since his incarceration in 2000 with "Heartaches", released on iTunes November 30, 2010. His third solo album "Blaze Of Glory" was released September 13, 2011 (Taken From Wikipedia). Ditch has been performing and recording as solo artist since 1999. Ditch to make special appearance at Halloween Havoc 2011
Ditch will make a very special appearance at the 5th annual Halloween Havoc 2011 (part of Ditch’s Halloweed 8 tour). The annual event takes place at Tekila in Hollywood, California on Thursday October 27th 2011 at 10:00pm. As of press time it is not known what Ditch’s very special appearance will include, but dj sets from popular Dj’s; JayKode, DJ Cartune, Randy Teixeira, and DJ Vic One from POWER 106 will take place at the event. Ditch’s Hallowed 8 brings out the fans and the talent
Ditch’s 8th annual Halloweed bash was held last night at Coconuts and Dana Point and the talent on the bill shined. Smoke Break Gang and a slew of artists with them started off the show with an hour long set of their smoking motivated tunes. New World Natives then took the stage, much to the crowds excitement and applause. Rich Rick then performed, who wrote the beat for Lil Wayne’s how to love which allegedly was stolen by Lil Wayne. The two artists have a pending lawsuit regarding that song. Ditch then surprised the crowd (he had said he would not perform at this years Halloweed 8) performing at 20 minute set filled with Ditch’s high energy and his dj, DJ Noize scratching to his songs. Ditch at one time, jumping into the crowd while performing “Stuntin In My Car”. Evan Kapperelli also performed and brought with him a large entourage and sure fire set. This was the first time that Ditch’s annual Halloweed event returned to its original location at Coconuts in Dana Point after controversy during 2003’s inauguration show. Ditch to perform at 2011 Hot Import Nights Los Angeles
Ditch will continue a very successful year in 2011. Hot Import Nights (HIN) is the premier compact car show series, highlighting the aftermarket modification potential of such cars. The show originated in California, yet the event series had visited various cities in the United States, and a few events off shore. With HD Sound, Lighting and visuals, Hot Import Night stands out far above the average car show in a convention center. The entire hall is transformed into a visual and audio experience unprecedented at any other car show. The event is also held at night time, with events also outside of the convention center. The first Hot Import Nights event took place at the Long Beach Promenade in Downtown Long Beach, CA on Saturday July 11, 1998. Ditch performs at the 2011 IDJ Awards in Las Vegas Nevada
Ditch put on a powerful set at the 2011 IDJ Awards last night (September 28th 2011) in Las Vegas, Nevada. The annual IDJ Awards expo and awards show was held for the first time this year in Las Vegas, and the crowd responded well. Ditch hit the stage as 5 giant plasma screens showed images of fire and of Ditch as he performed. The crowd of about 1,000 people moved around and danced during Ditch's 2 song powerful set. Ditch brought friend Brittaney Starr on board to host the awards show. Dj Screw was honored in a special moving tribute by Dj Latin Prince. Multiple cameras filmed the show for a upcoming special. Ditch is celebrating a huge, successful year for himself.
