Kush Expo bans rapper Ditch
Kush Expo, an event known for allowing medicinal use of marijuana has banned rapper Ditch. The event organizers have sited no reason for banning Ditch, who was set to perform a surprise set at the expo this Saturday (November 19th 2011) at the Anaheim Convention Center. Ditch was set to perform with Dj Too High from DPG, when event organizers heard of the special guest, and banned him. Ditch performed at the Kush Expo in November 2010, with the band Mystic Roots. Ditch has since organized a boycott of the event, urging his fans not to attend the event and demand ticket refunds. Ditch has vowed now to urge all of his fans to boycott any future events put on by these event organizers. This is not the first time Ditch has come under controversy; in January 2010 a Ditch Supercross after party in Anaheim was cancelled by police and the upcoming Ditch performance at Hot Import Nights was almost cancelled when event security said they felt a need for increased security because of Ditch performing. Ditch will focus on his upcoming performance at the 2011 Memphis Players Ball in Memphis, TN, where he will join Bishop Don Magic Juan, Too Short and many other celebrities at the annual event.
